Hi!
At Grebban, we build exceptional e-commerce experiences for ambitious brands. We work closely with our clients, combining design, technology, and strategy to create digital flagship stores that are visually stunning, high-performing, and built to convert.
We’re now looking for a Digital Designer Intern who is excited to develop their craft in a real-world setting. If you’re passionate about UI, branding, and user experience, curious about how design drives business outcomes, and eager to grow alongside an experienced team - keep reading!
About the internship
This is a hands-on internship where you’ll work on real projects and client collaborations, learning how modern e-commerce experiences are designed from concept to launch.
At Grebban, a Digital E-commerce Designer sits at the intersection of form and function. You’ll be exposed to both brand-driven design work and UX/UI for e-commerce, learning how design systems, visual identity, and interaction design come together to create high-performing digital experiences.
You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and project managers, and be supported through mentorship and continuous feedback. The goal is for you to develop both your design skills and your understanding of how great digital experiences create real business value.
What you’ll be doing
Designing e-commerce experiences, working directly in active projects and tasks
Creating UI designs that are visually refined, consistent, and user-friendly
Building and evolving design systems, components, and scalable design patterns
Crafting details in typography, color, layout, and interaction design
Collaborating closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
Driving brand implementations across digital touchpoints
Iterating on designs based on feedback, data, and user needs
Working with modern design workflows, including AI-supported tools and processes
What you’ll learn
How to design high-performing e-commerce experiences from a UX and UI perspective
How to translate brand identity into digital design systems
Best practices for usability, accessibility, and responsive design
How to work in Figma in a structured and scalable way
How design decisions impact conversion, usability, and business results
How to collaborate in cross-functional teams with designers, developers, and clients
What we’re looking for
Ongoing education in digital design, UX/UI, interaction design, or similar
Solid knowledge of Figma
A strong interest in digital design, branding, and user experience
Curiosity and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
A team player who enjoys collaboration and sharing ideas
Comfortable communicating in English and Swedish
Why you’ll love it here
We’re a friendly and ambitious team that cares about quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As an intern, you’ll be part of a supportive environment where learning is a priority.
Education & internship period
This internship is suited for students currently studying digital design, UX/UI, interaction design, or a related field. The internship is preferably part of a LIA (Learning in Work) period and part of your studies. Since this is a learning-intensive role, we prefer internships of at least 3–6 months to ensure you get enough time to build skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow within the team.
