We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, delivery, leadership, and client relations. You might come from the world of digital product development, IT project management, or a fast-paced agency or SaaS environment — where you’ve led complex digital projects and worked closely with both clients and cross-functional teams. Now, you're ready to take on a role that blends technical leadership, team management, and client partnership in a consultancy setting focused on brand-driven, scalable e-commerce solutions.

At Grebban, you’ll lead high-impact projects for some of Europe’s most exciting brands, working closely with developers, designers and strategists to ensure we deliver with precision, creativity and business value. You’ll bring clarity and structure to our processes, while also fostering trust and momentum in client relationships. You don’t need to code — but you do need to understand how digital solutions are built, integrated and scaled.

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you’ll also be a team lead — supporting and developing others through coaching, feedback and collaboration. You’ll play a key role in both how we deliver and how we work together.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional digital projects from discovery through to launch and iteration — managing scope, roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Be the main point of contact for your clients, building strong relationships based on trust and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with developers and tech leads to shape scalable, modern solutions — particularly in headless setups (Centra, Shopify Plus, Norce, etc).
• Work closely with designers to align user experience, brand expression, and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, solution reviews, retrospectives, and recurring check-ins.
• Coordinate internal delivery — including team planning, sprint facilitation, documentation and reporting.
• Coach and lead your team, fostering growth and maintaining high standards in collaboration and delivery.
• Monitor project health and contribute to continuous improvements across our ways of working.

Your strengths and experience
You bring a strong foundation of hands-on experience, technical know-how and lYou bring a strong foundation of hands-on experience, technical insight and leadership ability that enables you to navigate complex digital projects with confidence. Here’s what sets you up for success in this role:

• 3–6+ years of experience as a technical project manager, product owner or consultant — ideally in a tech-focused agency or similar environment.
• Deep understanding of how modern digital platforms are built, particularly headless architectures.
• Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, integrations, CMS, and frontend/backend workflows.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and working in agile setups (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Strong communication skills — you’re clear, responsive, and comfortable leading meetings with both clients and internal teams.
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach — you drive progress and stay on top of details.
• Experience with tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, Figma and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable managing budgets and tracking project performance.
• Either previous leadership experience or a strong ambition to grow as a people manager.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Swedish and additional languages are a plus.
• Openness to occasional business travel — and ideally, something you enjoy.
