We are looking for a E-Commerce Designer to join Grebban! About the role
At Grebban, a E-commerce Designer is a hybrid creative—blending digital design expertise, e-commerce know-how, and strategic brand thinking. You will play a key role in shaping e-commerce experiences that are not only visually outstanding but also optimized for conversion, usability, and long-term brand equity.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with designers, art directors, developers, and project managers in a highly creative and strategic environment. You will act as an e-commerce expert, guiding clients and teammates on UX/UI best practices, conversion-driven design, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Whether it's designing intuitive customer journeys, crafting engaging user experiences, or implementing seamless brand storytelling across e-commerce platforms—your work will directly impact how our clients’ brands thrive in the digital space.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing visually compelling and strategically sound digital commerce experiences.
- Acting as a brand steward, ensuring that digital design aligns with brand identity and values.
- Leading and contributing to long-term client partnerships, continuously optimizing and refining digital experiences for sustained growth.
- Collaborating with developers, strategists, and clients to create innovative, business- and brand-driven e-commerce experiences.
- Supporting teammates, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Staying ahead of trends in e-commerce, digital design, and branding to bring fresh perspectives to our work.
What you bring
- Extensive experience in digital design with a strong focus on e-commerce.
- A solid understanding of brand identity, ensuring seamless integration of brand values into digital experiences.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and conversion-driven design strategies.
- A keen eye for typography, color, layout, and interactive elements.
- A deep respect for technology and development processes, understanding how design translates into scalable and efficient e-commerce solutions.
- The ability to collaborate closely with developers, strategists, project managers, and other designers to create cohesive, high-performing e-commerce experiences.
- A problem-solving mindset, proactive and communicative approach, with the ability to act as an advisor to both clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to work effectively with our international clients.
- Experience working with headless e-commerce platforms like Centra, Norce, and Shopify Plus is a strong plus, as well as experience with CMS platforms like Storyblok, Sanity, and WordPress.
