E-commerce Project Manager
Do you thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, have a passion for e-commerce, and want to play a key part in a fast-growing company with global ambitions?
As an E-commerce Project Manager at Grebban, you will be an essential figure in our client projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion. Acting as a bridge between our development and design teams and our clients, you drive projects forward with a strong focus on client expectations and needs. You take full ownership of project planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring that every delivery meets—and ideally exceeds—client expectations.
In a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, your structured approach and decisive actions will be crucial. You are a technically savvy, detail-oriented leader who can navigate every phase of a project with confidence, inspiring your team and the client to work toward shared goals.
We value hard work, passion, and dedication above raw talent, viewing our people as our greatest resource. Your ability to create structure and achieve results will be key to both our success and fulfilling our vision: always exceeding our client's expectations.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
- Strong technical understanding, preferably with experience in e-commerce, digital design and/or technical development.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with clients and internal teams in a global setting with diverse cultures, locations, and languages.
- High self-motivation and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead technically complex projects.
- Proven leadership experience, managing fast-paced, technically advanced projects.
- Experience in development, technology, and system architecture (programming skills not required).
- Expertise in agile project management, particularly methodologies like Scrum.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, Figma.
- A strong understanding of client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), is essential for our international ambitions.
- Extensive experience leading teams, from small groups to larger project teams, is advantageous.
- A flexible approach to travel, with opportunities to visit clients across the Nordics and Europe as we expand.
Example responsibilities:
- Managing budgets and client expectations to ensure projects stay on track and deliver exceptional results.
- Overseeing and continuously improving clients' e-commerce solutions with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Maintaining high client satisfaction through building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Leading e-commerce projects from concept to completion, keeping a detailed and holistic perspective.
- Developing fast-growing e-commerce platforms with scalability and quality as priorities.
- Managing projects that combine customer experience (design/UX) and technical development to deliver optimal user experiences.
- Participating in business development and optimizing project processes to maximize client satisfaction and efficiency.
- Working with CMS- and e-commerce platforms/systems, ensuring seamless and user-friendly content management.
